1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using numberbidding.com (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. About the Platform

numberbidding.com is owned and operated by BYJEE Services Private Limited. The Platform facilitates online bidding for fancy mobile numbers. This service is strictly a bidding facilitation system and does not involve gambling, betting, lottery, prize schemes, or cash reward programs.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and must be residents of India. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. User Registration & Account Responsibility

Registration is completed using a valid mobile number and OTP verification. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. The Company shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

5. Participation Fee

A participation fee is charged for each fancy mobile number listed on the Platform. Payment of this fee is mandatory before placing bids. Participation fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to unsuccessful bids, user withdrawal, or technical issues from the user’s end.

6. Bidding Rules

All bids placed on the Platform are final and binding. Each new bid must be a minimum of 20% higher than the current highest bid. Users may place multiple bids. Bids cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified once submitted.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. The Platform does not store debit card, credit card, or banking details. Any payment-related issues arising from the payment gateway are beyond the direct control of the Company.

8. Winner Selection

The highest valid bid at the end of the bidding period will be declared as the winner. Winning a bid does not provide any cash reward or monetary benefit. The winner only receives the right to purchase the fancy mobile number.

9. Final Payment & Number Allocation

Final payment and mobile number transfer are handled offline by the Company. Allocation and activation of mobile numbers are subject to telecom operator rules and regulatory approvals. The Platform does not guarantee successful activation or ownership transfer.

10. Failed Winner Policy

If the declared winner fails to respond, complete payment, or refuses to proceed, the Company reserves the right to cancel the bid and reopen bidding for the same number without any liability.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Using fake identities or providing false information
• Fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse
• Manipulating bids or attempting system exploitation
• Engaging in unlawful or harmful activities

12. Account Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found violating these Terms, without prior notice and without any refund of paid amounts.

13. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, the Platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYJEE Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the participation fee paid by the user.

15. Disclaimer

The Platform does not provide gambling or betting services. Users participate at their own discretion and risk. No guarantees are provided regarding availability or pricing of fancy mobile numbers.

16. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
